The coaches and staff here at your local Phoenix CrossFit gym are dedicated to helping athletes of every level meet all of their fitness goals. We are all passionate about CrossFit and are proud to be part of a great fitness community, the CrossFit gyms in Phoenix. If you are looking to take that first, or next, step in your fitness journey, whether you are a CrossFit veteran or new to our style of training, we want to welcome you to the Phoenix CrossFit community.

Phoenix has a great CrossFit community, and we hope that you will enjoy the best CrossFit classes in the city. Get started by scheduling an appointment with one of our great trainers. The coaches at our gym have been involved in the CrossFit community for years, starting by taking classes and learning what it takes to truly be a CrossFit athlete. When the time was right, their love of our sport led them to coaching others. They work tirelessly each and every week to help our clients reach all of their fitness goals.

Get Started in CrossFit

Whether it is getting back into shape, training for your next Obstacle Course Race, or if you just want to take a class to get out of the house, we have a coach here in Phoenix that is right for you.

Your initial appointment with your coach will be all about reviewing your personal goals and your fitness and training history. We will discuss the CrossFit training programs that we offer along with the methodology that we use to determine what types of classes would be best for you. With all of this knowledge, we can design a fitness plan specifically for you..

After your initial consultation with a coach, and you personal fitness plan, your CrossFit journey will begin. With the knowledge of which classes at our gym would be best to help you reach your goals, you can sign test the waters with a free class, and if you like what you see (and feel) then jump into our “new to Crossfit” beginners sessions, a 4 week series dedicated to getting new CrossFit athletes into the sport.

What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness regimen that uses constantly varied functional movements that the athlete will perform at a high intensity. These functional movements take from sports such as rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, and so many more. CrossFit uses movements that are ideal to maximize the amount of work in the shortest amount of time. No longer do you need to go to the gym for hours in order to get in a great workout. The high intensity of a CrossFit workout helps provide measurable results to our athletes.

The best CrossFit workouts are ones done in a group. The CrossFit community in Phoenix has come together through camaraderie and competition to get the most out each other. Crossfit workouts are designed to be challenging, but also accessible to each athlete – both the beginner our most fit. A CrossFit gym is not fancy, but it is effective. You will see kettlebells, boxes, and ropes as some of the equipment we use. You will find whiteboards with the workout of the day listed and a clock counting down the time. This may be intimidating to the new CrossFit athlete, but with the coaching we provide, the Phoenix community can get to the next level of fitness.

A CrossFit workout is the most complete workout any one person can complete. With exercises inside, paired with running outside provides a full body workout. Visit us once and you will be hooked on the feeling that comes with completing a full CrossFit workout – a combination of exhaustion, exhilaration, and accomplishment. You will certainly want to take your training to the next level.

Membership

When you decide that CrossFit is right for you, you can become a member, and our Phoenix facility is open to any of the classes that you would like to take. If you want to take one every day, join the team with an unlimited membership, or, if you want a more limited plan, our gym offers those also. Either way, you will be well on your way getting where you need to be with your fitness.
